Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by product and shipping method. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Items are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier warehouses, which may be located internationally. Delivery windows can vary based on product availability and origin warehouse.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to activate after your shipping confirmation is sent. Tracking is provided through our fulfillment partner and may show updates from multiple carriers.
Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs & Import For US orders, no customs fees apply. All shipments are handled by our fulfillment partner to ensure smooth delivery.
Delays Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, international transit times, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of your order date, contact us at richard.smith@foxden-solutions.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
