30-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return Contact us at richard.smith@foxden-solutions.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please include photos. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item in most cases.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of dropshipping fulfillment, we are unable to accept returns on items that are simply unwanted or ordered by mistake. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
